Naiceee.

I like the cold, but the cold doesn't like me :( My skin is dry, my complexion is blah, there are cracks on my heels and coming out of the shower cold and shivering ain't exactly enjoyable. I look like a wreck. What with my puffy newly permed hair.

But, I still love winter. The ice cold wind blowing in my face. The idea of wearing boots (ZOMG plenty of gorgeous boots everywhere!). Pretty winter clothes. The warmth of a hot beverage (preferably chocolate). And the BOOTS 8D Dammmn.

I love it and hate it here.

There's so many awesome things to be bought, but too little $$ :(

It's exhilarating but the rush dies when the thought of money comes in. Whatevs. One good thing though, I don't have to live with handset-deprived calls with my new phone. So the cacat okay talking on loudspeaker in public. Loathes. >(

Paranormal Activity is out tomorrow over here! :D

$!

Friday, 4th Nov
Took a bus with mom to Taipei at around 10-ish?
Reached at erm, 2 something.
Whilst we were on the metrobus to Auntie Annie's, mom gestured to a guy sitting next to her.

K: Wha-?
Mom: That guy looks like my ex boyfriend! Handsome right?
K: =_=" EW. Noooo.
Mom: 20 years ago, he IS considered handsome.
K: Ma, you know that you don't whisper that well right? Hahahaha.
Said ex boyfriend look alike: *Stares*
K: o_o

Buy of the day : A new handphone.
Along with a facial that hurt like hell.
I was in a foul mood afterwards cause it hurt a lot cleaning my blackheads.
My face was red like whaaaa-
Ew.

Saturday, 5th Nov
Went to the Taipei Airport to pick my cousin up.
We then took a bus back home to the grandparent's.
At 5-ish, after dinner (yes we eat dinner early in the winter), we went to Sogo.
Bought loads of souvenirs and stuff.
Then, we went browsing.
Buy of the day : Converse kicks.
I bought the same color I had when I was 11.
I used to wear it everyday til my mom had to throw it away.
So now it's mine again! :)
Saw awesome Puma kicks tho.. :O

Sunday, 6th Nov
Send ze cousin off at the airport.
Originally, I just wanted a wash&blow but ended up perming my hair today. I thought I was gonna do it later on but okayy.
It's really curly o_o
And puffy.
:(
Temporarily, I hope, so that the curls maintain for nxt yr.

Monday, 7th Nov
Went to the south to visit my great grandmother.
Blablabla.

Tuesday, 8th Nov
Just many visits to the mall..
Bleh.

Wednesday, 9th Nov
Woke up at 8.30 am!
Omg wth, I'm waking up so early this hols it's not normal.

Epiphany

I used to think famous brands and designer things are close to paragons of virtue.
I thought that if you drove a Mercedes-Benz or a BMW, you're considered first class in the 'food chain'.
Or if you'd carry a LV monogram bag, and wear like, Rolex watches, you're better than everyone else.
I was very naive. Yes.
How stupid was I to think like that. Hrmph.
I cannot deny the fact that I adore designer things. Or strongly lust for them.
But, now I know better to choose and to think.
You don't like big designer brands just 'cause they're expensive and famous.
I know now that you learn to like 'em for their quality and design that's above the ordinary.
Here are reasons as to why these designers are great (to me):
Marc Jacobs - for his fun designs and gorgeous bags
Betsy Johnson - for her funky and cool clothes & bags
Sonia Rykiel - for her extraordinary to-die-for skirts
Max Azria - for his impeccable dresses

I don't know about A LOT of designers. But the ones that I do know about, I think they're just really special and great.

Sorry, about this sudden rant.
I just couldn't stand some LV monogram bag carrier aunties who clearly think they're so much better than others. Bleh.
Takda class langsung ahaha.

Oightt, I'mma go off.

All The Right Friends In All The Wrong Places

Zoe, age one year & three months.
She is under my care as of late. And I'm glad because at least I don't get bored. At all.
Juggling time between this baby and my shopping keeps me occupied.
:)

Saturday, 28th Nov
A. Annie and family came to pick mum & I up at the airport.
Reached Taichung (my grandparent's place) at like, 9-ish. At night, of course.
Blablabla.

Sunday, 29th Nov
Big Family Outing Day.
Went to the port to get a boat ride.
Damnn was it windy. The wind was ice cold and the velocity was high.
So my eyes were like so sepettt.
But I laiiik it :9
I laiiik wind blowing in my face. In favorable conditions obviously.
That's the highlight of the day.
I won't elaborate because of it's insignificance.

Monday, 30th Nov
Went out for errands.
Dropped granddaddy at some place.
Mom asked where I wanted to go.
So, as predicted I said Shinkong Mitsukoshi Department Store roightt.
Yeah, the name is Japanese and it's weird.
But this place, it's...HEAVEN.
For serious shoppers.
Laiik, seriously.
I got so excited and like, awed looking at everything.
In M'sia, it's so hard to find shoes that are like, in style and awesome.
Here? Each pair IS in style and is AWESOME.
Rambang mataku tengok. But I have a budget.
And do you knw how hard it is to stick to the budget??
Baaaaah.
I saw this bag that I just LOVE.
It's RM349.
My budget : RM820.
I've got many other things I want that aren't cheap. So.. :/
T_T
Anyway, I didn't get anything except Sebamed (whoopdeedoo) because there's another mall I'm going to as there's an anniversary sale.
Blablabla.

Tuesday, 1st December
All I did was..
Take. Care. Of. Zoe.
Zat is all.

Wednesday, 2nd December
Took a bus with mom to Chung Yo Mall.
There's Vivienne Westwood (the bags are ngeeeh), Anna Sui (if I were to buy one item, I'll be left with nothing to buy the other stuff), BCBGMaxAzria (better than OU or Gardens) and more.
Tried on sunglasses.
And I finally found a pair that fit me perfectly like a glove.
By Gucci.
Not a big fan, but hey, the sunglasses are awesome.
Mom was indecisive because of the price. Almost a thou.
Blegh.
And I saw heart-shaped sunnies :O
Me laik laik!
Veli cheap, RM48.
We left that floor because we had a bus to catch at 6.40 pm.
Went to Muji just to browse and I bought a little brown notebook with a DIY cover cause my Chip & Dale one is MIA.
Bought Starbucks to-go and waited.
Saw this pair of Nike kicks that I laik for RM350.
Blablabla.

Thursday, 3rd Nov (today)
Went to Chung Yo Mall again to purchase said Gucci sunglasses.
I payed with my money, the heart-shaped sunnies which I've been dying to get.
Both items will only arrive next week.
:(
After that, went browsing around.
Checked out prices for Nike, Adidas, Puma and Converse kicks.
They been on my wishlist since late last year! >(
And also a backpack.
I adore Nike's cute ones but I've yet to find 'em.
I didn't know Ed Westwick is with K-Swiss :O
Now I shall be glad to wear my K-Swiss kicks. Haha.
Had bubble milk tea for lunch and mom left Zoe & I for awhile to return the pram.
Zoe was making a racket, demanding for food and now I knw how ze parents feel when people keep giving 'em looks when their child is noisy.
Karma came back to bite me, I guess.
Anyhoo, I'm back home blogging because, well, I don't want to forget any detail of this trip.

Til then.

You say hello, I say goodbye

New Moon was and is really good.
Despite the fact that I read the entire saga almost like, a year ago..
And a certain indian bestfriend has yet to return my book, I could remember some parts as the film played.
I think, it's better than Twilight.
Because,
a) There's WAY MORE kiss scenes.
b) They're acting got really good :)
c) They're acting is more natural and totally not awkward.
d) THE WEREWOLVES; QUIL, EMBRY, PAUL and okaylah SAM ARE HOT esp. JACOB. McMuffin hot wokay. Their muscles are really..something.. :O
e) I'm not a fan of TaylorLautner but, heck, as Jacob, I totally adore him as much as EdCullen.
f) I'm a just an old twihard and I just love this movie.
g) Oh yeah, there were some really funny scenes :9

LOVEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE ♥

I have finished packing ! Yayy.

Glamzonians

I like this picture :)

My daily routine is messed up:
11 am - wake up
12-2 pm - on the computer
3 pm - "brunch", yup you read me right.
9 pm - dinner or not
3 am - bedtime

I need to pack.
And I need a good book and magazines for the flight.

I woke up at eleven today, no surprise there.
Mom was busy with laundry so we didn't bother with brunch.
Auntie Vicky called on the phone to Skype.
So we did.
Mom and her discussed the game plan for this weekend.
And then they called Auntie Annie.
It became a three-way conversation.
Whoop-dee-doo.
Big deal roight?
But I've never seen them talk together like this all three sisters, let alone on Skype in a looong time.
I felt a warm fuzzy feeling.
The feeling you get when you sit by the sidelines, witnessing adult conversation that's not unpleasant.
What with so much disagreements in the household lately, I really missed the feeling of being happy and content.
I got a feeling that this vaca might not be so bad after all.
:)

Tomorrow : New Moon.
I've been a twihard since the early days before the saga was made into a big hoo-ha.
So forgive me if I don't talk about it 24/7 or get worked up.
Because I've been loving a long time. TOO long.
I've had the first book since form 2 =_="
Haih.
But, nevertheless, I'm still excited for the movie! :D

O.O

Latest buy of the week: School shoes.
I know, it's absurd to even start shopping for school supplies when,
a) My vaca JUST started
b) It's the freaaaking holiday season
c) The new term is sooo long yet

But, I won't be here til the end of the year. So heck, it's better safe than sorry.
Wokay.
The crowd at Jusco was so crazy.
It reminded me of the anniversary sale in Taiwan :')
Totally refreshing.
Dad wanted to shop for clothes.
And it was totally expensive.
He wanted to.
Is the world going insane already?!
HAHAH.
This is too much to take.
Ohwells.

Can't wait til Friday! :)
